Webinar Slides: Game Changer: The New Mandatory Initial Discovery Pilot Project in the Northern District of Illinois
Effective June 1, 2017, the Federal Court in the Northern District of Illinois embarked upon a three-year pilot program, known as the Mandatory Initial Discovery Pilot Project (MIDPP), which imposes court-ordered discovery and early production of electronically stored information (ESI) in almost all civil cases.
This webinar discussed the new pilot program and how it will affect litigation going forward. Judge Dow and Judge St. Eve, who served on the Advisory Committee that crafted the pilot program, were featured speakers along with experienced practitioners Jordan Vick and Jay Carle.
