Effective legal writing and oral argument are perhaps the most important aspects of litigation and can often have a significant impact on the outcome of a case. Join us as our distinguished panelists offer their perspectives on best practices and tips in these areas. The panelists will discuss legal writing and oral argument generally as well as offer their insights into how the practices may shift in light of the current challenges presented by the COVID-19 pandemic.
