During this one-hour program about current issues and trends in federal criminal law, panelists will discuss decisions regarding compassionate release of federal inmates in light of the COVID-19 epidemic, recent developments relating to sentencing enhancements, cases currently pending before the U.S. Supreme Court, and recent appellate decisions governing insider trading and public corruption cases.
