Have you ever wondered how to best frame your discovery dispute at oral argument? Need any tips from the experts on how to be an effective oral advocate at all stages of your litigation?

Come join the Younger Lawyers’ Division for a lunchtime panel on effective oral advocacy in federal court. Meet practitioners from the civil and criminal bar, as well as a federal Judge, who will provide tips and advice for younger lawyers on all the ways to think about presenting a case in front of a Judge, from routine statuses to significant motions and trial. Also hear about opportunities to gain “on your feet” oral advocacy experience in federal court on a pro bono basis. Lunch will be provided.
