During the past two years, a significant number of settlement conferences have been held virtually.  Much has been learned over this time about the benefits and challenges of virtual conferences compared to in-person conferences.

Hear from current and former judges in the Northern District of Illinois about how they approach virtual settlement conferences and their thoughts about whether virtual conferences are here to stay. The judges will also provide tips on what do to and what not to do, and time will be reserved to answer participants’ questions.
