Research shows that readers read differently on electronic screens than they do on paper. An increasing number of judges read our submissions electronically, either some or all of the time. In an engaging presentation, attorney Robert Dubose explores the latest research on this change in reading habits, its implication for both legal writers and readers, and tips based on web research and design for better communicating in today’s electronic environment.
