The Second C.H.A.N.C.E. (Court Help and Assistance Network for Community Entry) Reentry Program, named after the late U.S. District Judge James B. Moran, is designed to help former inmates reintegrate into the community and live law-abiding lives after they are released from prison.

Federal judges, a prosecutor, a defense lawyer, and the U.S. Probation Office will discuss the functions and goals of the Reentry Program, how participants are selected, and how it seeks to help participants successfully transition to their communities, secure employment, and prevent recidivism.
