New lawyers, summer associates, interns and law students are invited to this award-winning free virtual CLE seminar! This is a “not to miss” program for any new lawyer who practices in federal court or would like to develop skills in written and oral advocacy.
Judge Matthew Kennelly will preside over oral arguments of two dispositive motions in two separate pending cases. If possible, Judge Kennelly will rule from the bench during the program. The Judges will discuss best practices in written and oral advocacy and offer their advice to the newer lawyers and law students.
