The Chicago Chapter of the Federal Bar Association is pleased to welcome as the speakers District Court Judges Jorge Alonso, John Robert Blakey, Sara Ellis, Manish Shah, and Andrea Wood. They will suggest ways we can improve our litigation advocacy. In addition, they will tell us about, and answer questions regarding, their case management procedures. (If there are specific subjects that you would like the judges to address, you are encouraged to email Paul Freehling by October 7, 2015).

At this event, the Chapter also will present to Beth Jantz, an outstanding attorney with the Federal Defender Program, the Chapter’s prestigious Milton Gordon Award. The Milton Gordon Award is given to a dedicated younger federal government lawyer.
