Hana Attar
Signature Healthcare, LLC
Hana Attar has been with Signature Healthcare Services, LLC since 2013. Ms. Attar currently serves as Vice President and Managing Counsel, Strategic Planning, for Signature Healthcare Services and its 16 subsidiary freestanding acute psychiatric hospitals. Ms. Attar is responsible for managing M&A and financing in operations and real estate development. She is also responsible for physician recruitment/retention strategies, escalated hospital regulatory compliance, risk management, licensing/accreditation, litigation management, insurance, and contract management. Ms. Attar has worked in health care for 14 years – starting out in a medical-surgical hospital emergency department. She received her B.S. in Biochemistry from the University of Detroit Mercy and her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law where she was also inducted into the National Order of the Barristers. Ms. Attar is licensed to practice in the State of Michigan and is an active member of the State Bar of Michigan, Oakland County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
Tzivia Masliansky

Tzivia Masliansky is an experienced commercial litigator with over 17 years of experience, both in private practice and in-house. She is a strategic litigator with a varied practice across several different industries. Her strength lies in her ability to intuitively assess a situation and best position the company to early resolution/disposition.
At Allstate, Tzivia’s primary areas of practice include consumer class action litigation, insurance defense, financial services defense, and advising Allstate’s Emerging Business affiliates in all litigation related matters. Tzivia has had significant experience managing cases requiring expedited litigation, including offensive and defensive claims.
Dmitry Shifrin

Dmitry Shifrin believes the foundation of any client relationship is to act as a trusted advisor instead of simply as a litigator, considering all aspects of a client’s business and what actions best suit their business objectives. He is well-versed in risk management and strategy development, not only in litigation, but also in pre-dispute exposure analysis and resolution, including mediations, arbitrations, and other forms of alternative dispute resolution.
When a matter goes to court, Dmitry’s experience covers all aspects of litigation, including handling dispositive motions and hearings, pursuing and defending requests for injunctive relief, and trial work before state and federal trial courts and multidistrict panels. For the most difficult matters to resolve, Dmitry has pursued and defended clients’ positions in state and federal appellate courts.
Dmitry has represented clients across diverse industries, serving as counsel to numerous public and private corporations and financial institutions in a variety of disputes within the areas of commercial litigation, class actions, product liability and mass torts, health care litigation, and insurance recovery.
Bryan Westhoff

Bryan Westhoff is a creative, business-minded litigator with substantial experience handling a wide variety of complex domestic and international commercial law cases, arbitrations, and government investigations. He has successfully handled cases of all sizes, including multiple “bet the company” cases with more than $1 billion in potential exposure. Bryan’s primary areas of practice include M&A-related litigation (pre- and post-closing), securities, and financial litigation. Bryan also has experience defending consumer false advertising and deceptive trade practice claims. Bryan regularly represents clients in expedited litigation, including offensive and defensive claims. He has successfully argued numerous motions for temporary restraining orders and preliminary injunctions.
