Workshop for NDIL Mandatory Initial Discovery Pilot Program

Beginning June 1, 2017, numerous judges of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois will be participating in a three-year pilot program, which will address the benefits of early discovery disclosures in civil litigation. All civil cases, except for those exempted by a Standing Order, are included in the pilot program.

Join us for a workshop providing an overview of the pilot program and addressing parties’ obligations and responsibilities under the pilot program.

Refreshments will be served following the program.

Free of charge, but registration is required.

Capacity is limited: The first 240 people to register will be seated in the Ceremonial Courtroom, 2525. After that, the next 120 people to register will be seated in Overflow Room #1, Courtroom 2541. The final 120 people to register will be in Overflow Room #2, Courtroom 2503.
