This hybrid program was co-hosted with JAMS and Chicago-Kent's Martin H. Malin Institute. Attendees earned four hours of CLE credit and gathered for a reception following the afternoon programming.

Titled 2026 Hot Topics, Practice Tips & Current Developments in Federal Criminal Law, this annual event brought together federal judges, prosecutors, and defense attorneys for an afternoon of practical analysis and timely discussion.
Historic Re-Creation of Brown v. Board of Education Oral Arguments
On Tuesday, October 8, 2024, the Ceremonial Courtroom at the Dirksen U.S. Courthouse in Chicago hosted an extraordinary event that revived a pivotal moment in American legal history. For the first time, the oral arguments from the landmark Supreme Court case Brown v. Board of Education were brought to life through a groundbreaking project titled “Brown Revisited.” This event was organized by the Committee for Access, Opportunity & Community Engagement of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, in partnership with the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee of the Federal Bar Association, Chicago Chapter.
2024 Employment Law: DEI, AI, Title VII & Settlement Conferences
The Federal Bar Association’s Chicago Chapter organized its Annual Employment Law Seminar on January 24, 2024, hosted at Jones Day’s Chicago office. This event ran from 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM and was followed by a reception until 6:30 PM.
